Comments Off on The Borough of Coraopolis is seeking residents to serve as Alternates for the Coraopolis Civil Service Commission. The Civil Service Commission is made up of three regular members, but it is now required to have three members to have a quorum to hold meetings. An Alternate would be needed to attend meetings, if a regular Board Member is not able to attend. Civil Service meetings are public and may be attended.
Comments Off on The Borough of Coraopolis is currently seeking residents that would be willing to serve on the Coraopolis Zoning Hearing Board. The Board is made up of three Board Members. The position is required to attend hearings, as needed, for residents that apply for a variance from the Zoning Ordinance. Basic knowledge of the Zoning Ordinance is helpful, but not required.
